To ensure you receive your goods by the next working day, please ensure you order before 3pm. To receive your order by Friday, please order by 3pm on Wednesday.

Orders placed over the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will be processed for dispatch on Monday.

Please note, in peak periods we have a processing time of 5 business days


We do not accept returns or exchanges on eyelashes due to hygienic reasons.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, which should be a rare occurrence as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at and we will assist you further.


To process your exchange contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item via our email and include the following details:

1. Your Name

2. Order Number

3. The name of product you originally bought and the name of product you’d like to exchange

Late Returns

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 5 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 5 days may be returned to you.
